How does the group tour work?

We run a small group tour every Wednesday, October to December 2026. Pick the Wednesday you want and book — USD 98 per person (all ages), charged at booking with instant confirmation (up to 15 guests). The tour runs once 10 guests are booked for that date. We check the numbers one week before departure and email you either way: 10 or more and you're confirmed to go; fewer than 10 and you choose a free transfer to another Wednesday or a full refund. Once a Wednesday is confirmed, bookings stay open until 3 days before, up to 15 guests.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

If you cancel, your booking is non-refundable — all sales are final. The one exception is when the decision is ours: if your Wednesday hasn't reached 10 guests one week before departure, it doesn't run, and you choose a free transfer to another Wednesday or a full refund of everything you paid.

How is this different from the private tour?

The private tour (max 5 guests) is fully customizable — you choose your time, stops and pace, in about 4 hours. The group tour is a shared 6-hour experience on a Wednesday model course, with the same local-born guide, by microbus, at a lower per-person price.

What's included in the price?

The price covers your English-speaking local-born guide and private microbus transport for the day. Lunch, tea, entrance fees and other on-site costs are not included — you pay for those as you go.

What if my Wednesday doesn't fill up?

We check the numbers one week before departure. If fewer than 10 guests are booked, we'll email you and you choose: a free transfer to another Wednesday, or a full refund of everything you paid. You'll never be left guessing on the day — no risk to you.

How much is it?

USD 98 per person — one flat price for all ages. Lunch, tea, entrance fees and other on-site costs are not included; you pay for those as you go on the day.
