- Get the OK before you pay. Before the tour day, message us; during the tour, just ask your guide. Extensions depend on the day's schedule and your train, so please pay only after the extra time is confirmed.
- Pay via the link above. It takes about a minute on your phone, and the receipt arrives by email.
- Show your guide the payment-complete screen. If you're extending during the tour, show the confirmation screen on your phone to your guide — but please wait until the vehicle is stopped; never while your guide is driving.
Why extensions exist: the tour runs 4 hours and we ask for a 30-minute buffer between tour end and your Shinkansen departure. Kodama trains run only about twice an hour, so the station wait can approach an hour — extending lets you spend that time on the tour instead.
