Extension prices depend on your vehicle. Not sure which one you booked? It's on your booking confirmation: van for 1–5 guests, mini bus for 6–15 guests.

Van 1–5 guests

Van — 30 minutes

$60 / 30 minutes / group

Adds 30 minutes to your private van tour. One payment covers the whole group — $60 total, not per person.

How extending works

Get the OK before you pay. Before the tour day, message us; during the tour, just ask your guide. Extensions depend on the day's schedule and your train, so please pay only after the extra time is confirmed.
Pay via the link for your vehicle above. It takes about a minute on your phone, and the receipt arrives by email.
Show your guide the payment-complete screen. If you're extending during the tour, show the confirmation screen on your phone to your guide — but please wait until the vehicle is stopped; never while your guide is driving.

Why extensions exist: the tour runs 4 hours and we ask for a 30-minute buffer between tour end and your Shinkansen departure. Kodama trains run only about twice an hour, so the station wait can approach an hour — extending lets you spend that time on the tour instead.
